I didn't know Envision offered weekend appointments until they booked my MRI on a Saturday. The location was easy to find and very secure. They buzz in patients. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable. Large chairs and even a coffee bar made it pleasant. Although this was a short series, the techs made sure that I was comfortable on the table. Music was offered so Frank Sinatra sang over the noises of the machine! The staff was kind and compassionate. They were aware if my claustrophobia and kept me in the loop on how many minutes I would be inside. I did walk out with a CD of my MRI which is always important. I not only would recommend this location but I will use them again.

Very helpful, caring and engaged staff. Kristen and Kayla were wonderful. Excellent patient care. Kristen, the supervisor/manager went over and beyond to make sure we understood everything. The order did not get to them but they called the PCP until they received it and did everything possible to fit us in without a need for a second trip. She explained our bill and gave us her card in case we had any questions or concerns after the visit. Top notch customer service.

My last mammogram was done at a different imaging place and it was not a good experience. I came into Envision today with a lot of anxiety due to that experience. The incredibly kind and patient medical professional that did my scans today was wonderful. She could tell I was anxious and was so reassuring. She did everything she could to make sure I was ok and as comfortable as possible. The entire process was fairly quick (especially considering I have implants) and I experienced zero discomfort. I highly recommend Envision!

Debbie was amazing!!! I was aprehensive due to stories I had heard, but she made my first mammogram a painless and overall a pleasant experience. Check-in with Melissa was quick and only waited about 5-10 minutes to be called back. The location is really nice and clean.

Envision Imaging Frisco (EIF) is the absolute best place to go for all your imaging needs. They are always efficient, on time and helpful. Every person I’ve met at EIF is always kind, patient and informative!! I won’t go anywhere else.

I had my MRI done at the Frisco location today and from the moment I walked in everyone was very welcoming, it was my first MRI and I was freaking out, Melissa at the front desk explained the process to me which calmed me down ( Thqnk you Melissa) ..then Sarah the tech was very thorough and explained everything from start to finish with patience and answered all the questions I had, which made my fear of MRI’s go away. I trust this place and the people, and also they offer payment plans. Thank you envision imaging Frisco.

The staff are very friendly and efficient! They will tell you exactly what you owe with or without insurance. The staff doing the procedures are very knowledgeable and helpful!
